Terms Of Use For Authors And Publishers

last update: 11 July 2009

Authors

We define 'Author' as the person or persons directly responsible for writing the article being submitted. If you are an author, you may submit your

work under the following conditions.

* You are the author of the work being submitted. If you have "reprint rights," "resell rights," or "master rights" to someone elses work, you are

still not the author. We accept submissions from the author only. If it comes to our attention that you are not the author, your submission will be

removed.

* You have purchased "private label" rights AND have made significant changes to the original work. Significant changes means just that - we gauge

it at about 50% changed. A few words here or there is not significant. If you do not know what "private label" rights are; assume you do not have

them.

We do not accept articles that have affiliate links, or links that we have questions about in the body of the article. This is purely subjective on

our part. We are asking for content, not just a list of affiliate links. If DanJan Associates accepts your article, we reserve the right to edit

any/all links in the body of your article by either making them inactive, or adding the 'target=blank' tag so the link will open in a separate

page. Your resource box may be up to four lines in length and contain two links. We may also delete links to submission services, if your article

was submitted through a submission service. We prefer articles that are manually submitted. DanJan Associates reserves the right to edit all links

in your resource box by adding the 'target=blank' tag so the link will open in a separate page.

If your article is shorter than 500 words, it will be deleted. You will not be notified, the article will just be deleted.

You may not include links to websites that promote hate, pornography, exploitation of children, terrorism, or any other activity generally defined

as a felony under the laws of the United States.

You agree to give DanJan Associates full reprint rights to your articles. Understand, we have several websites. Your articles may be published on

both sites as well as any future sites. You also agree to give DanJan Associates the right to pass on these reprint rights. DanJan Associates in

turn agrees not to alter the content of your articles, or claim ownership or copyright of your articles.

You must allow anyone who uses this directory to publish your work on their website, in their eZine or newsletter, in their blog, or in an eBook.

You do retain copyright on your work. Those persons who publish your work must agree not to change anything unless you grant them that right. This

does not include minor formatting changes.

You agree to hold DanJan Associates harmless for any misuse of your articles by publishers. You agree in advance that we are only providing a means

for your work to be published. Any publisher who agrees to the terms may publish the articles in our directory.

These terms may be changed at any future time.

Publishers

We define 'Publisher' as a person or persons who will take someone elses work that has been submitted on this site and publish it somewhere else.

This may be on another website, in an eZine, in a blog, in a newsletter, or in an eBook.

If you publish an article from this site, you must agree not to change the content in any way - unless this right is specifically granted by the

author.

You may not claim the article as your own work. You may not claim any copyright. You may not grant any of these rights to others.

You agree to leave all copyright information, resouces boxes, or signature lines in tact. If there are links back to the authors website, these

links must be made active (clickable) if published on a website, or other HTML based publication.

You may not publish any article from this directory in any publication that promotes hate, pornography, exploitation of children, terrorism,  or

any other activity generally defined as a felony under the laws of the United States.

You agree to hold DanJan Associates harmless from misrepresentation of information contained in an authors work. As an example, an author of an

article on tax shelters may not be an tax accountant, tax preparer, or a tax lawyer. It is up to you to decide if an article is credible enough to

publish.
